Almost all the apartments are located in the most central and interesting areas in Paris, including: Montmatre, Marais, Latin Quarter, 7° arrondissement ( not far from the Tour Eiffel).
The underground stations are near the apartments
The apartments are all refurbished studio and two-roomed flats, with bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.
Almost all the apartments have a TV, telephone, dishwasher, washing machine and some have also air conditioning.

- The exact price within the given range depends on the period and type of apartment available at the time of request .

- Prices cover electricity and heating expenses, bedroom and bathroom linen.

- In almost all the apartments the final cleaning is free provided that the apartments are left in the same clean conditions as when we handed them to you.

- In almost all the apartments there is a deposit to be paid when the apartment keys are handed to you. It will be refunded to you when you return the keys.

- There are discounted rates for weekly stays.

- Stays of longer than a week, up to some months, can also be arranged. Contact us for a customised offer.
